Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships via UPS or FedEx, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details — please check your spam and promotions folders too.

We ship to all Canadian provinces (not currently to Yukon, the Northwest Territories or Nunavut). Delivery is free to most regions — a small fee may apply in a few areas, calculated at checkout. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Details in Shipping Rates & Delivery Times.

Orders can be cancelled at no cost within 30 minutes of purchase, as long as they haven't been processed or shipped. See How to Cancel or Modify an Order.
