30-Day Return Policy
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Clearance items are excluded.
Return Requirements
- Prior approval required — You must contact us and receive explicit approval before returning an item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- Product condition — Items must be new, unused and resalable, with all original packaging, hardware and accessories included
- Secure packaging — You're responsible for packaging items securely to prevent transit damage and handing packages off to our designated carrier
Items must also be returned unassembled.
Return Shipping
We cover all return shipping costs. Detailed instructions or a prepaid label will be provided once your return is approved.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to standard returns. It covers a portion of the original outgoing shipping, handling, inspection, testing, repackaging materials and resale value adjustment.
The restocking fee is waived when the return is due to our error — for example, an incorrect or defective item was shipped.
Refunds

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Items returned without prior authorization and written approval from our team
- Return requests made after the 30-day period without a prior special arrangement
- Products returned used, damaged, altered or incomplete
- Packages returned because of an incorrect shipping address, customer unavailability or unauthorized refusal of delivery
