Shipping Costs
Delivery is free to most regions of Canada. For a few select areas, a small shipping fee is calculated at checkout — you'll always see the final cost before you pay.
Processing Time
- Orders placed on Megsu.ca are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed from the next business day
Delivery Timeframe
- Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited shipping and date-specific delivery are not available at this time
- Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all provinces within Canada.
We do not currently ship to:
- Yukon (YT)
- Northwest Territories (NT)
- Nunavut (NU)
Carriers & Tracking
Orders ship via UPS or FedEx. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships — see How to Track Your Order. Please keep an eye on tracking and make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Packages Marked "Delivered"
If a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Once the carrier issues compensation, we'll either send a replacement product or forward the carrier's compensation to you.
Delays
We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package seems stuck, contact us and we'll help follow up with the carrier.
