Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the products ordered:
Mattresses & Large Items
- Ontario & Quebec: 5–7 business days
- Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 7–10 business days
- Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PE, NL): 7–10 business days
- Northern territories: 10–14 business days
Bedding & Accessories
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days across Canada
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for select items)
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- During peak seasons (holidays, major sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 days
Apartment & Condo Deliveries
- Our mattresses ship compressed in a box, making them easy to transport through elevators and hallways
- The delivery driver will bring the package to your door, but white-glove delivery is not included with standard shipping
- If you have specific delivery instructions, add them to the notes section at checkout
What to Expect on Delivery Day
- You'll receive a notification from the carrier with an estimated delivery window
- Someone should be available to receive the package
- Inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing
- If damage is noted, take photos and contact us immediately
Note: Delivery to PO boxes is not available for mattress orders. A valid street address is required.
