We understand that receiving large packages in apartments and condos can be challenging. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Megsu products delivered to your unit.
Mattress Deliveries
Our mattresses are compressed and rolled into a compact box, making them ideal for apartment living:
- The box typically fits in standard elevators
- It can be carried through narrow hallways and doorways
- One person can usually transport the box, though two people make it easier
- The delivery driver will bring the package to the main entrance or concierge
Important Tips
Before Your Delivery
- Inform your concierge — Let your building management know to expect a delivery
- Check elevator dimensions — While our boxes fit most elevators, verify if your building has freight elevator requirements
- Add delivery instructions — Include your unit number, buzzer code, and any access instructions in the order notes
On Delivery Day
- The carrier will attempt to deliver to your door or building entrance
- If no one is available, they'll typically leave a delivery notice
- Some carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery window
