Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions

Estimated Assembly Time: 25–35 minutes
People Recommended: 2 adults

Step 1: Unpack and Prepare the Area

  1. Clear a 10 x 10 ft area on your bedroom floor.
  2. Lay down the cardboard packaging or a soft blanket to protect your floor and the hand-finished Acacia surface.
  3. Apply the self-adhesive felt pads to the bottom of all 4 corner legs and the 3 center support legs.

Step 2: Assemble the Headboard

  1. Place the curved headboard face down on the padded surface.
  2. Align the Left and Right headboard legs using the pre-drilled locator dowels.
  3. Fasten using the M8 x 60mm bolts with spring and flat washers. Tighten firmly with the included hex key.

Step 3: Connect Side Rails to Headboard & Footboard

  1. Stand the headboard upright against a wall for stability.
  2. Insert wooden dowels into the corner joint brackets of the side rails.
  3. Hook and bolt the left and right side rails into the headboard receiving plates using M8 x 40mm bolts.
  4. Attach the footboard to the opposite end of the side rails and tighten all corner bolts to 80% tightness before checking squareness, then tighten completely.

Step 4: Install Center Support Beam

  1. Screw the 3 adjustable center support legs into the pre-threaded inserts along the center metal/wood beam.
  2. Drop the center beam into the U-brackets mounted on the headboard and footboard.
  3. Adjust the leveler feet until they make firm, flat contact with the floor.

Step 5: Roll Out the Slats

  1. Unroll the 12-slat roll across the bed frame.
  2. Press down firmly along the side rails to lock the heavy-duty industrial Velcro strips in place.
  3. Check that the slat spacing is uniform across the entire frame.

Assembly Tip: Do not overtighten bolts with power drills. Hand-tightening using the included Allen wrench prevents stripping the wood inserts.

Care & Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, clean, slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, bleach, or abrasive sponges.
  • Wood Conditioning: Solid Acacia contains natural moisture and oils. You may apply a light coat of natural mineral oil or beeswax polish once a year to maintain its rich luster.
  • Hardware Check: We recommend re-tightening corner bolts after 30 days of initial use, and checking every 6 months to ensure silent, squeak-free performance.
