Starting Your Return
If a product isn't right for you, you can request a return within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be approved before anything is sent back.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Contact Our Team

- Include: Your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason for the return
Step 2: Receive Approval & Instructions
Once your return is approved, we'll send you:
- Written confirmation that your return is authorized
- Detailed shipping instructions or a prepaid return label — we cover return shipping costs
Step 3: Prepare Your Item
- Make sure the item is new, unused and resalable
- If assembled, disassemble it carefully
- Pack it securely in the original packaging with all hardware and accessories
Step 4: Ship It Back
Hand the package off to the designated carrier using the label or instructions we provided.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund
- We'll inspect the item when it arrives
- Your refund, less the 25% restocking fee for standard returns, is issued to your original payment method
- Approved refunds typically appear within 2–5 business days

Do I need to keep the packaging?
Yes. Items must be returned with all original packaging, so please keep the boxes until you're sure you're keeping your furniture.
Is there a fee?
Return shipping is free, but a 25% restocking fee applies to standard returns. It's waived if we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
