Filing a Warranty Claim

If your Megsu furniture has a defect, a damaged part or missing hardware, follow these steps and we'll help resolve it.

What You'll Need

  1. Order number or proof of purchase
  2. Product name, size and color
  3. Photos of the issue:
    • Close-up photos of the defect or damage
    • A full photo of the product (or of the boxes, if not yet assembled)
    • The part number or letter from the assembly manual for any damaged or missing part
    • Shipping labels on the boxes, if the damage happened in transit

How to Submit Your Claim

Step 1: Document the Issue

Take clear, well-lit photos and keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Step 2: Contact Us

Step 3: Claim Review

Our team will review your submission and may ask for additional photos or information.

Step 4: Resolution

If your claim is approved, we'll arrange the appropriate solution — such as sending replacement parts or a replacement product.
