What's Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:
- Sagging or body impressions greater than 1 inch (mattresses)
- Broken or defective components under normal use
- Seam separations or stitching failures
- Fabric defects that occur under normal conditions
- Foam deterioration beyond normal wear
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear — Including gradual softening and minor comfort changes
- Physical damage — Burns, cuts, tears, or stains
- Improper use — Using the product on an unsupported surface or misusing it
- Unauthorized modifications — Altering the product in any way
- Natural comfort changes — Slight changes in feel are expected over time
- Damage from accidents — Spills, pet damage, or other accidental harm
How to Preserve Your Warranty
- Use a proper foundation — See our bed frame requirements guide
- Use a mattress protector — Stains may void the warranty
- Keep your law tag — The white tag attached to your mattress is required for claims
- Keep your receipt — Proof of purchase is needed for all warranty claims
- Follow care instructions — Proper maintenance preserves warranty eligibility
Filing a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered by the warranty:
- Contact our support team with your order details

Important: The original purchaser must file the warranty claim. Warranty coverage is non-transferable.
