Mattress Sleep Trial Details
The 365-Night Trial
- Full year to decide if your mattress is right for you
- 30-night break-in period — Please sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return, as it takes time for your body to adjust
- Free returns — We'll arrange a free pickup at no cost to you
- Full refund — Once picked up, you'll receive a complete refund
How It Works
- Sleep on it for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust
- Contact us if you're not satisfied after the break-in period
- We'll arrange pickup — Your mattress will be donated to a local charity
- Receive your refund — Processed within 5–10 business days after pickup
Bedding Returns
- 100-night trial on all bedding products
- Items must be in clean, like-new condition
- Contact our support team to initiate a return
- Return shipping is provided at no cost
Furniture Returns
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be in original condition with all hardware and packaging
- Return shipping costs may apply for furniture items
- Contact us to arrange a return pickup
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on final sale
- Products that show signs of misuse or damage
- Items returned after the trial period has ended
