Free Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free on Megsu orders to most areas of the 48 contiguous United States. Additional surcharges may apply to certain remote or hard-to-reach locations — if that's the case, we'll let you know before your order ships.
Processing Time
- Orders placed on Megsu.com are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed starting the next business day
Delivery Timeframe
- Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited shipping and date-specific delivery are not available at this time
- Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands
- American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands or Palau
- U.S. Armed Forces addresses (AA/AE/AP)

We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package seems stuck, contact us and we'll help follow up with the carrier.
